Zed Towers Sheikh Zayed is a mixed-use mixed-income residential complex located in the heart of Cairo, Egypt. The complex consists of three towers featuring an assortment of upscale apartments, luxury townhouses, penthouses, and commercial/retail spaces. The towers are named after Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the former President of the United Arab Emirates, who served from 1971 to 2004.

The development of Zed Towers Sheikh Zayed came about through a partnership between Al Mazaya Holding and Egyptian International Investment Company. Both companies worked together to create a development that would promote modern living while remaining anchored in the traditions and history of the area.

The complex's three towers feature amenities such as an outdoor swimming pool, children's playground, retail outlets, an indoor gym, spa and sauna facilities, 24-hour security, and landscaped gardens and courtyards. The apartments come with modern fittings, contemporary designs, and spectacular views of the city below.

The project is part of a greater urban regeneration of the area and has provided affordable housing for many, as well as a great source of income for businesses within the complex. It has brought increased economic activity to the area, providing jobs
