Zed Towers Sheikh Zayed is a mixed-use development located in the north of Cairo, Egypt. It is owned and developed by Sekkat Group, an Egyptian real estate developer, and will be a joint venture between Sekkat Group, EFG-Hermes Real Estate, and United Arab Emirates’ Salem Group.

The project consists of two identical 70-story towers with a total of 900 residential units and over 20,000 sqm of commercial space. The towers feature world-class amenities including fitness and wellness centers, a grand arcade, an international spa, an entertainment center, and a shopping mall.

The unique design of Zed Towers Sheikh Zayed is inspired by the lotus flower and the Nile River, which are both symbolic of Egypt, and they overlook the Nile Valley and the Pyramids of Giza. Each tower has been designed to have optimal exposure to natural light and ventilation as well as sweeping views of Cairo.

The development also includes landscaped gardens, a luxury hotel, and a helipad. The completion of Zed Towers Sheikh Zayed is expected in 2023.
