Zed Towers is a new development located in the heart of Sheikh Zayed City, Egypt. The project is a joint venture between Ora Developers, Saif Group, and Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate, and is set to be one of the most iconic buildings in the country.

The towers are designed by the world-renowned architect, Zaha Hadid, and her team at Zaha Hadid Architects. The project consists of two towers, one residential and one commercial, connected by a podium that houses retail and dining spaces.

The residential tower, known as the "Nile Tower," is 70 stories high and will offer luxurious apartments with stunning views of the Nile River and the city. The tower will also feature amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, spa, and a rooftop garden.

The commercial tower, known as the "Business Tower," is 50 stories high and will offer state-of-the-art office spaces for businesses and entrepreneurs. The tower will also feature a conference center, meeting rooms, and a business lounge.

The podium that connects the two towers will house a variety of retail and dining spaces, including high-end restaurants, cafes, and shops. The podium will also feature a landscaped plaza that will serve as a
