Zahya New Mansoura is a city in Egypt located in the governorate of Dakahlia, on the northern side of the Nile Delta region. The city lies along the Damietta branch of the Nile, approximately 60 km east of Cairo, the capital city of Egypt. It is the third largest city in the Dakahlia Governorate and is an important center of trade and industry.

The city was founded in 2001 as part of a government initiative to bring development to the sparsely-populated areas of the Nile Delta region. The city's population is estimated to be around 500,000 and is growing steadily as many people migrate from rural areas of Egypt in search of better opportunities.
