Za Mall, located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, has announced the sale of a 61 square meter shop. The mall, which is still under construction, is set to become one of the largest shopping centers in the region, offering a wide range of retail, dining, and entertainment options.
The shop for sale is located on the ground floor of the mall, which is expected to attract a large number of visitors once it opens. The mall is strategically located near the government district of the New Capital, making it easily accessible to residents and visitors alike.
Za Mall is being developed by the Saudi Arabian company, Al Hokair Group, which has a strong track record in the retail and hospitality sectors. The company has already developed several successful malls in Saudi Arabia, and is now expanding its operations to Egypt.
The mall is expected to feature over 400 retail outlets, including international and local brands, as well as a variety of dining options, a cinema complex, and a family entertainment center. It will also have ample parking space, making it convenient for shoppers to visit.
