Mall of the Emirates (MOE) is a shopping mall in the Al Barsha district of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is owned by Majid Al Futtaim Properties, and was opened in November 2005. The mall has an area of 233,467 square metres, making it the largest shopping mall in the Middle East. It is the 19th largest shopping mall in the world. The mall has over 630 retail outlets, over 80 restaurants and cafes, and a 20-screen cinema complex, VOX Cinemas. It also has an indoor ski resort and snow park, Ski Dubai, which is the first indoor ski resort in the Middle East. The mall also has a Magic Planet, a large family entertainment centre, and an Olympic-sized ice rink. The mall has an extensive range of luxury and high-end stores, including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Cartier, Dior and Chanel.
