MBG Development, a leading real estate developer in Egypt, has announced the launch of White 14 Mall in the New Administrative Capital, a modern city being built near Cairo to host the government, business, and residential activities.
According to MBG, White 14 Mall will offer a unique shopping and entertainment experience, catering to the fast-growing demand for quality lifestyle destinations in Egypt. The mall will have a built-up area of 33,000 square meters, spread over three floors, and a total land area of 9,000 square meters.
White 14 Mall will be located in the R7 district, which is earmarked to be a premium residential and commercial area in the New Capital, featuring many landmarks, parks, and services. The mall will have a prime location near the central business district, several residential neighborhoods, and key roads and bridges, ensuring easy accessibility and high visibility.
White 14 Mall will feature a diverse range of shopping outlets, including fashion, beauty, electronics, home appliances, and supermarkets, as well as food and beverage outlets, cinemas, kids' areas, and a spacious indoor plaza. The mall will be designed to reflect modern architectural styles, using high-quality materials and finishes, and incorporating sustainable features.
MBG has appointed a consortium of leading consultants and contractors to deliver White 14 Mall, leveraging their expertise and experience in the construction, design, and management of commercial projects. The company aims to complete the mall's construction in 24 months and open it to the public in 2023.
"This is a major milestone for MBG and for the New Capital's development, as we continue to invest in creating world-class projects that meet the needs and aspirations of modern consumers and businesses," said Mahmoud Al Adl, CEO of MBG Development. "White 14 Mall will be a landmark destination that sets new standards for shopping, entertainment, and recreation, and we are excited to bring it to life."
