Vision Tower is a modern mixed-use skyscraper located in the New Capital City of Egypt. It was designed by architecture firm NIG and opened in early 2021. The tower is an iconic addition to the city’s skyline, standing at over 400 meters tall.

Vision Tower features a distinctive design with two curved towers connected ‘X’ shapes. The design was inspired by the lotus flower and is intended to represent the rebirth of Egypt’s capital. The building is constructed with steel and concrete and features large glass windows to maximize natural light. The interior of the tower has been luxuriously designed with modern and luxurious materials such as marble and wood.

The tower is mainly used for commercial purposes, featuring over 170,000 square meters of office space making it is one of the largest business centers in the Middle East. The lower levels are home to shopping centers, restaurants, cafes, and entertainment areas. In addition, the top floors offer guests spectacular views of Cairo from the observation deck.
