Vision Tower is a multi-use skyscraper being constructed in the new administrative capital of Egypt. Located in East Cairo, the tower will form part of the Central Business District (CBD) of Egypt's New Capital city. Standing at approximately 320 meters tall, it is one of Egypt's tallest buildings.
The project is being developed by a consortium that includes the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC), EMPORIO, and Aqar Real Estate Investment Company. The Chinese construction engineering company is playing a major role in the design and construction of the skyscraper.
The building will be made up of 66 floors and have an area of 63,000 square meters. It will include four separate zones for offices, leisure and entertainment, hospitality, and retail. It is expected to contain 240 stores, 1,200 offices, and a number of restaurants and other leisure facilities.
The tower also has green features and energy efficient systems, including photovoltaic arrays, LED lighting, energy efficient elevators, optimized water and waste management, and a rainwater harvesting system.
The project is slated for completion in 2021. When it opens, it will become one of the most iconic structures in the
