Misr Italia, one of Egypt's leading real estate developers, has announced the launch of its latest residential compound, Vinci, located in the New Administrative Capital (NAC).

Covering an area of 105 acres, Vinci is designed to provide an upscale living experience with a focus on privacy, luxury, and green spaces. The compound will consist of more than 2,000 units, comprising apartments, duplexes, and standalone villas.

The development will feature a variety of amenities and facilities, including a clubhouse, swimming pools, a fitness center, a spa, a business center, and a community center. Residents will also have access to landscaped gardens, walking trails, and a central park spanning 20 acres.

In line with the company's commitment to sustainable development, Vinci has been designed with green building practices and technologies, such as solar energy, energy-efficient lighting, and water-saving measures.

The New Administrative Capital is a new city being developed on the outskirts of Cairo, designed to relieve the pressure on the capital and provide space for new government offices, residential communities, and commercial areas. It is expected to become one of the largest urban developments in the Middle East, providing a new center of economic and cultural activity in Egypt.

Vinci is Misr Italia's latest project in the NAC.
