Tycoon Tower New Capital Egypt is a multi-billion dollar project announced by Egyptian President Abdel Fattah el-Sisi in 2019. The project aims to create a new administrative and economic capital for Egypt, located east of Cairo. The project is expected to cost upwards of $45 billion, and will include the building of 1.1 million homes, a new international airport, a theme park, a financial district, a five-star hotel, a new university, and a commercial district. Tycoon Tower will also include a new administrative center for the Egyptian government, to be located in the new capital. The project is expected to be completed in 2045, and is expected to create more than two million jobs for the country.
