New Administrative Capital of Egypt is a new city being developed to serve as the administrative and financial capital of Egypt, located approximately 45 kilometers east of Cairo. The city is being developed to ease the congestion and overcrowding in Cairo and to create a modern and sustainable urban center. It is expected to house government buildings, residential areas, business districts, and recreational facilities. As a new city, there are several high-rise buildings and towers being constructed, such as the Trio V Tower, which is expected to be a landmark tower in the city once completed.
