The Trio V Tower is a new development in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, located about 45 kilometers east of Cairo. The tower is a mixed-use development that will include residential, commercial, and office spaces.

The tower is being developed by Trio Development, a leading real estate developer in Egypt. The tower is designed by the renowned architectural firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), which has designed some of the world's most iconic buildings, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the One World Trade Center in New York.

The Trio V Tower will be one of the tallest buildings in the New Capital, standing at 385 meters tall with 80 floors. The tower will offer stunning views of the city and the surrounding landscape.

The tower will have a total built-up area of 300,000 square meters, with 200,000 square meters of office space, 50,000 square meters of residential space, and 50,000 square meters of retail space. The tower will also have a five-star hotel with 200 rooms.

The residential units in the tower will range from one to four bedrooms, with sizes ranging from 80 to 400 square meters. The tower will also have a range of
