The Trio V Tower is a new development project in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The Trio V Tower will have a height of 385 meters and will consist of 80 floors. The tower will have a total built-up area of 200,000 square meters and will feature a mix of residential, commercial, and office spaces. The tower will have 500 residential units, 200 hotel rooms, and 50,000 square meters of office space.
The tower will also have a range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, and a rooftop restaurant. The tower will also have a skywalk, which will provide visitors with stunning views of the New Capital.
The Trio V Tower is being designed by the renowned architecture firm, Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM). The tower's design is inspired by the shape of the Nile River and will feature a curved facade that will provide a unique and striking appearance.
