Track 14 Tower is a skyscraper located in the New Administrative Capital, Egypt. It stands at a height of 445 meters (1,460 feet), making it the tallest skyscraper in the entire nation. The tower is part of the ‘Vision Towers’ project, a development of luxury residential and hotel apartment blocks within the new city.
Design and construction of the tower was carried out by Al-Araby Group, with the aim of creating a modern aesthetic to complement the emerging cityscape. The tower is made up of over 60 floors, with most of the upper levels featuring luxurious apartments and executive office spaces. The lower levels of the tower are dedicated to retail, leisure and public facilities. Track 14 Tower also features a helipad on the 65th floor.
The structure of the skyscraper consists of steel and reinforced concrete, which provides an exceptionally strong frame required for such a tall building. The exterior of the building is clad with a combination of glass, aluminum and stone for a modern aesthetic.
