The Axis 6 October Egypt is a large-scale, mixed-use development located in the 6th of October City, a suburb of Cairo, Egypt. The project is owned and developed by the Egyptian government and is the largest of its kind in the country. The development consists of residential, commercial, retail, and leisure components, as well as a hospital and a university. The residential component consists of more than 10,000 apartments, while the commercial component includes offices, hotels, and shops. The leisure component includes a golf course, a water park, and a theme park. The hospital and university are both planned to open in 2021.
