Tara Sheikh Zayed, also known as Sheikh Zayed City, is a city in Egypt located in the Giza Governorate, approximately 25 kilometers (15 miles) from Cairo. The city is named after the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the former president of the United Arab Emirates and founder of the modern city.

The city was established in 2002 and is the largest planned city in Egypt. It covers an area of about 7,500 hectares (18,500 acres) and has a population of around 1 million people. The city is divided into seven districts, each with its own unique character.
