Talah New Capital is a new city being constructed in Egypt, located just 39 kilometers south of Cairo. The city is set to become the new administrative center of Egypt and will be the largest new capital city in the world. It is estimated that it will cover an area of 734 square kilometers, making it larger than Singapore and Hong Kong combined.

The city is intended to include 22 residential districts, an international airport, a business district, an expo center, a technology park, and a financial center. It is also planned to include over 6,500 public parks, more than 2,000 educational institutions, and 98 health care centers.

In addition, the city will feature advanced infrastructure, with plans for extensive public transportation, smart roads and traffic control systems, and telecommunications networks. Sustainable energy sources, such as solar energy, wind energy, and energy conservation technologies are also planned to be implemented.

The project is scheduled to be completed by 2022, with development beginning in 2020. The estimated cost is $45 billion, with the majority of funding coming through private investments. It is expected to attract more than 7 million people by 2030.
