Talah New Capital is a new city being developed in Egypt. It is located approximately 20 kilometers east of Cairo and is part of the larger New Administrative Capital project. The project is being developed by Egypt’s Ministry of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities and is being funded by the country’s sovereign wealth fund.
The city is designed to be a modern, self-sustaining city with a population of up to 1 million people. It will include a variety of residential, commercial and industrial areas, as well as public parks, green spaces and a business district. The city will also feature a number of educational and cultural institutions, including a university and a museum.
The project is expected to create up to 500,000 jobs and attract up to $45 billion in foreign direct investment. It is designed to be a model of sustainable development, with a focus on energy efficiency, green building standards and renewable energy sources.
The city is expected to be completed by 2030 and will be connected to Cairo and other major cities in Egypt by a high-speed rail line. The project is part of the country’s efforts to diversify its economy and attract more foreign investment.
