Taj Tower is a new development that is set to rise in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. This megaproject is being developed by Taj Misr Development, a subsidiary of the Taj Holding Group, in partnership with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) of Egypt.

The Taj Tower project is set to be a mixed-use development, offering commercial, residential, and hospitality facilities. It is set to be built on a total land area of around 10,000 square meters, with a total built-up area of around 180,000 square meters.

The development is set to be a high-rise tower that will rise up to 36 floors. It is set to offer around 1,800 apartments, ranging from studios, one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom units. The development is also set to offer commercial spaces that will include retail shops, offices, and a large hypermarket.

A hotel is also set to be built as part of the Taj Tower development, with a total of 217 rooms and suites. The hotel will also offer state-of-the-art conference and meeting facilities, along with a large banquet hall.

The Taj Tower project is set to offer a wide range of amenities, including a swimming pool, a gym, a spa, a restaurant, and a café. It will also feature landscaped gardens and outdoor seating areas.

The Taj Tower development is situated in a prime location, close to several key landmarks, including the New Capital’s governmental district, the Diplomatic District, the Green River Park, and the Central Business District.

This megaproject is set to be completed by the end of 2024, with the first phase of the development set to be completed by early 2022.
