The Arabia Group, a leading Egyptian investment firm, has announced its acquisition of a majority stake in Sun Capital, a mixed-use development project located in 6 October City, Egypt.
Sun Capital is a sprawling 557-acre project that includes residential, commercial, and entertainment facilities. The development is strategically located in the heart of 6 October City, a fast-growing suburb of Cairo that is home to many of the city's affluent residents.
The project is being developed by Arabia Group's subsidiary, Arabia Real Estate Development (ARED), which has a proven track record of delivering high-quality real estate projects in Egypt. Sun Capital is expected to be one of the largest and most ambitious projects undertaken by ARED to date.
