Solas New Capital Egypt is an integrated city located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The project is being developed by Solas Real Estate Development, a joint venture between the UAE's Solas Group and Egypt's SODIC. The city will span over an area of 13.8 million square meters, making it the largest real estate project in Egypt. It will offer a mix of residential, commercial, and leisure facilities, including a shopping mall, a business park, a university, a hospital, and a sports complex. The project is expected to be completed by 2025.
