Solas New Capital Egypt is a new real estate development located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, approximately 35 kilometers outside of Cairo. The project is a joint venture between the Egyptian government and the private sector, and is being developed by Solas Real Estate Development. The development will include residential, commercial, and leisure facilities, and will span an area of approximately 1,400 acres. It will feature a variety of housing options, from villas and townhouses to apartments and penthouses. The development will also include schools, hospitals, shopping malls, and a variety of other amenities. Upon completion, Solas New Capital Egypt will be one of the largest and most modern cities in the Middle East.
