Solas New Capital Egypt: A Luxurious Residential Complex in Egypt’s Upcoming Mega City

The third district, called “The Square”, is a commercial and entertainment hub, offering residents access to a wide range of services and amenities, including a shopping mall, a cinema complex, a supermarket, and several cafes and restaurants. The district is spread over an area of 15 acres and is connected to the rest of the complex through a network of walking paths and bike lanes.

The fourth and final district, “The Hill”, is located on a slope overlooking the rest of the complex, offering panoramic views of the surrounding area. The district includes seven buildings, each with its own park-like setting, in addition to several public facilities such as a gym, a swimming pool, and a community center.
