Sodic East is a large-scale residential community development that is being built in the city of Shorouk, Egypt. It is one of the latest and most ambitious projects of Sodic (Sixth of October Development and Investment Company), one of Egypt's leading real estate developers.
The compound is located in the heart of Shorouk City, which is a fast-growing suburb of Cairo. It is strategically positioned near the Cairo-Suez road, the biggest highway in Egypt, which provides easy access to other parts of Cairo and the surrounding areas. The compound is also close to several shopping centers, schools, and hospitals, making it an ideal location for families.
The compound covers an area of 655 acres and will consist of around 10,000 residential units, including apartments, townhouses, and villas, which will be built in different phases. The first phase of the project, which was launched in 2018, includes the construction of 1,200 units that are expected to be completed by 2021.
