The New Administrative Capital of Egypt is a city that is currently under construction to be the country's new administrative hub. It is located in the Eastern Cairo Governorate and will cover an area of approximately 700 square kilometers.

One of the most prominent features of the New Administrative Capital is the Compound Sky Bridge, which is a complex of two towers connected by a bridge. The bridge spans about 200 meters and is 130 meters above the ground, making it the highest suspension bridge in the world.

The Compound Sky Bridge will be the centerpiece of the New Capital's Central Business District, which encompasses around 415 hectares of land. It will feature a mix of commercial, residential, and retail spaces, including high-end boutiques, restaurants, cafes, and luxury apartments.

The Compound Sky Bridge's two towers are expected to house offices, hotels, and residential units. The taller tower, known as the Iconic Tower, will stand at 385 meters and will be the tallest building in Africa. The other tower, known as the Tower of the Nile, will be 244 meters high.

Construction of the Compound Sky Bridge began in 2018 and is expected to be completed by 2022. The project, which reportedly costs around $500 million, is being carried out by the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) in collaboration with the Egyptian government.

The Compound Sky Bridge is not only a symbol of modernity and innovation but also a testament to the growing economic ties between Egypt and China. The project is part of China's ambitious Belt and Road Initiative, which seeks to build economic and trade links between Asia and Europe.

The New Administrative Capital, including the Compound Sky Bridge, represents Egypt's aspirations for an urban regeneration that caters to the needs of a growing population and attracts foreign investment, while also showcasing the country's rich culture and history.
