Sixty Iconic Tower is a new skyscraper being constructed in Egypt's new administrative capital city. Upon its completion, the tower will be one of the tallest buildings in Africa, standing at a height of approximately 385 meters (1,260 feet).

The tower is being developed by the Saudi Egyptian Construction Company (SECON), a joint venture between Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and is being designed by the renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP (SOM).

The Sixty Iconic Tower will have 78 floors and will include a mix of residential, commercial, and hotel space. The lower floors of the tower will be dedicated to retail and office space, while the upper floors will house luxury apartments and a hotel.

The tower will feature a striking design that is inspired by the natural forms of the lotus flower, a symbol of rebirth and regeneration in Egyptian culture. The tower will have a distinctive, twisting form that will create a series of outdoor terraces and gardens on the upper levels, offering panoramic views of the city.

One of the most unique features of the Sixty Iconic Tower is the sky bridge that will connect the two main towers of the building at the 51st and 52nd floors. The sky bridge will provide an exclusive dining and entertainment venue with stunning views of the city skyline.

Construction of the Sixty Iconic Tower began in 2018 and is expected to be completed in 2023. The tower is part of a larger development plan for Egypt's new administrative capital, which is being built to alleviate congestion in Cairo and provide a modern, sustainable city for Egypt's government and business activities.

Once completed, the Sixty Iconic Tower will be a symbol of Egypt's ambition and progress as a modern, forward-looking nation. It will also serve as a landmark for the new administrative capital and a destination for tourists and visitors from around the world.
