The Sixty Iconic Tower is part of a larger development plan for the New Administrative Capital, which is being built to alleviate congestion in Cairo and provide a modern, sustainable city for Egypt's growing population. The New Capital is located 45 kilometers east of Cairo and is expected to be home to 6.5
