Seazen North Coast is a large-scale real estate development located on the Mediterranean coast of Egypt. It is located in the city of El Alamein, about 120 km west of Alexandria. The development covers an area of 4.5 million square meters and is planned to include luxury villas, townhouses, apartments, and a variety of amenities such as a shopping mall, a marina, a health club, and a golf course. Seazen North Coast is expected to be a major tourist destination, as well as a place for locals to live and work. Construction on the project began in 2019 and is expected to be completed in 2023.
