Rivan New Capital is a planned city located in the desert of Egypt, about 45 kilometers from Cairo. It is being developed by Capital City Partners (CCP), an international real estate development company. The city is planned to become a modern, self-sustaining metropolis, with a population of more than five million people.
Rivan New Capital will feature a range of residential, commercial and recreational facilities, including a business district, international schools, hospitals, shopping centers, leisure parks and a Formula 1 racetrack. It will be powered by renewable energy sources and connected to the rest of Egypt via a high-speed train.
The city is being designed to meet the highest international standards of sustainability, with green spaces, water management and waste management systems. It will also feature smart city technologies, such as 5G networks and autonomous vehicles.
Rivan New Capital is part of the Egyptian government’s plan to develop the country’s economy and improve the quality of life for its citizens. The city is expected to create thousands of jobs and attract investments from around the world.
