Rabwa 1 Sheikh Zayed Egypt is an urban development project located in the outskirts of Cairo, Egypt. The project is located in the Sheikh Zayed District, along the Cairo-Alexandria Desert Road. It was developed by the Arab Urban Development Company and is the first of its kind in Egypt.
The project consists of two main components: a residential area and a retail and commercial zone. The residential area will have approximately 3,000 residential units, including villas, townhouses and apartments. The retail and commercial zone will feature a shopping center, a hypermarket, and a cinema.
Rabwa 1 Sheikh Zayed Egypt also includes a variety of amenities and services, such as a health club, a swimming pool, a basketball court and a football field, as well as a business park and a mosque. The project also includes a dedicated bus service and a shuttle service connecting the residential area with the commercial district.
