Quan Tower is a new residential and commercial skyscraper located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt. The tower is set to become one of the tallest buildings in Africa, reaching a height of 385 meters, with 78 floors. The tower is designed to be a modern and luxurious addition to the growing urban landscape of the New Capital.

The tower is designed by the renowned architectural firm Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) and is being developed by the Egyptian construction company Hassanein Hiridy. The tower will feature a mix of residential and commercial spaces, including 200 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms, and high-end retail stores.

The tower's façade is inspired by traditional Islamic geometric patterns, which are given a modern twist to create a dynamic and futuristic look. The tower's curtain wall is made up of glass panels with a diamond-shaped pattern, creating a glittering effect when viewed from a distance. The tower's interior is equally impressive, with a spacious lobby and common areas finished with high-quality materials, including marble, wood, and gold accents.

The tower's residential units offer stunning views of the New Capital, with floor-to-ceiling windows allowing for natural light to flood the apartments. The units are designed to be functional and luxurious, with high-quality finishes, modern appliances, and spacious layouts. The tower also includes a range of amenities, including a gym, swimming pool, and concierge services.

In addition to its impressive design and facilities, the Quan Tower is also being developed with sustainability in mind, featuring energy-efficient materials and systems, including a green roof to reduce heat gain and improve insulation. The tower is also being constructed with the aim of achieving LEED Gold certification, a globally recognized standard for sustainable building design.

The Quan Tower is set to become a landmark of the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, with its stunning design and impressive height. The tower is expected to be completed in 2023 and will undoubtedly attract high-end residents and businesses to the New Capital. With its mix of luxury, sustainability, and functionality, the Quan Tower is a fitting symbol of the new Egypt, a country looking confidently towards the future.
