MG New Capital Egypt has announced the launch of its flagship shopping mall, Pro Mark Mall, located in the company's New Administrative Capital development.

The Pro Mark Mall covers an area of 43,500 square meters, with space for over 300 shops, including international and local brands, as well as restaurants, cafes, and entertainment areas. The mall also features an indoor and outdoor cinema, a kids' zone, and a fitness center.

According to MG New Capital Egypt, the Pro Mark Mall aims to provide a one-stop shopping and entertainment destination for the residents of the New Administrative Capital, as well as attract visitors from nearby areas. The opening of the Pro Mark Mall comes at a time of significant growth in the retail industry in Egypt. A report by Euromonitor International shows that the retail sector in Egypt is projected to reach EGP 5.5 trillion by 2022, driven by the rise of urbanization, increasing disposable incomes, and changing consumer behavior.
