Porto New Cairo is a large, mixed-use development in New Cairo, Egypt. The project was launched in 2006 and is located on Cairo-Suez Road, about 20km from Cairo International Airport. It is a joint venture between the Egyptian government and the UAE-based real estate developer Emaar Properties.

The project covers an area of 6 million square meters and includes residential, commercial, and leisure components. It is divided into two main areas: the City Center and the residential district. The City Center features a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment venues, as well as a business park. The residential district consists of a number of gated communities with villas and apartments.

The development also includes a number of parks and green spaces, as well as a golf course. It is served by a network of roads and highways, as well as a light rail system that connects it to other parts of Cairo.

Porto New Cairo is designed to be a self-sustaining city, with its own schools, hospitals, and other essential services. It is seen as a model for urban development in Egypt and the Middle East, and is expected to become a major hub for business and commerce in the region.
