Menassat Developments has unveiled its new Podia Tower in the New Capital city of Egypt. Located in the eastern side of the city, the tower is a 28-storey mixed-use building that will offer luxury residential apartments, retail and office space, and a rooftop lounge.
The Podia Tower was designed with sustainability in mind, featuring green roofs and photovoltaic panels to generate electricity. The building is expected to be a net-zero energy structure, with the aim of reducing the environmental impact of its activities.
The building has been designed to be a modern and contemporary living experience, with a range of amenities and luxurious features. In addition to the rooftop lounge, the building will also include a swimming pool, fitness center, spa, and other leisure facilities.
The Podia Tower is the latest development from Menassat Developments and is part of their vision to create a modern and vibrant cityscape in the New Capital of Egypt. The tower is expected to be completed by the end of 2021.
