Parklane New Capital Egypt is a large-scale urban development project in Cairo, Egypt. The project is being developed by Parklane Developments, a subsidiary of Property World Group (PWG). Located at the site of the former Abu Rawash industrial zone and Ein Al Sokhna port, the development covers an area of approximately 16 million square meters.

The development consists of multiple residential and commercial components to create a modern, self-sustaining city. It will feature state-of-the-art infrastructure, such as a metropolitan railway system and extensive road networks, along with recreational and leisure facilities such as malls, cinemas, theme parks and sports complexes. Additionally, it will contain multiple residential and commercial areas, including residential neighborhoods, offices, and shopping centers.

The project is expected to create over 1 million jobs, and attract more than one million tourists annually. It is also expected to be a major hub for business and culture for the Middle East. The development is projected to be completed in 2035.
