Park Yard Mall Capital Hills Developments is a major commercial development located in 6 October City, Egypt. The development is a joint venture between Capital Hills Developments and the Egyptian government. It is the largest shopping mall in Egypt and the second largest shopping mall in the Middle East. The mall is spread over an area of 1.2 million square meters and features over 250 stores, restaurants and entertainment venues. It also includes a large cinema complex, an ice rink and a bowling alley. The mall has a total of 8,000 parking spaces and is connected to the Cairo Metro system. It is estimated that the mall attracts over 4 million visitors each year.
