Palmet Mall is a shopping mall located in the 6 October area of Cairo, Egypt. It is part of the Palm Hills Development, a mixed-use development project that includes residential, commercial and recreational components. The mall is the largest shopping mall in Egypt and one of the largest in the Middle East. It is spread over an area of 220,000 square metres and has over 350 stores. It also has a food court, an entertainment area, a cinema, a bowling alley, and a children’s play area. The mall is also home to the first IKEA store in Egypt.
