Odyssia Mostakbal City is a new residential area located in the outskirts of Cairo, Egypt. It is the largest project of its kind in the Middle East and Africa, covering an area of approximately 2 million sqm. The city will be designed to offer a safe, attractive and sustainable environment for its residents, with excellent transport links to other parts of Cairo and beyond.

The master plan for Odyssia Mostakbal City includes a mixed-use development featuring residential, commercial and retail elements. Key amenities include shopping malls, entertainment centres, restaurants, schools, parks, and hospitals. There will also be a wide range of public services, including police and fire stations.

The development is expected to be completed in 2022 and will be home to over 250,000 people. Construction is currently underway, with the first phase of the project set to be completed by the end of this year.

The city was designed and developed by the French architecture firm La Ville Urbaine, in partnership with L'agence Ecole des Beaux Arts and the collective Yeo I. Architects. The project is part of a larger initiative by the Egyptian government to create a better quality of life, improve the environment and reduce congestion in the Greater Cairo Area.

Odyssia Mostakbal City is focused on creating a "smart city" that leverages the latest technologies to streamline services, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall experience of living in the city. This includes the use of renewable energy, eco-friendly materials, and the implementation of advanced security systems.
