Obsidier Tower is a new development in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, which is a planned city located east of Cairo. The tower is set to be one of the tallest buildings in Africa, standing at 385 meters tall with 75 floors. The project is being developed by the Egyptian real estate company, Al Ahly Sabbour, and is expected to be completed by 2022.
The tower's design is inspired by the ancient Egyptian obelisk, which was a tall, four-sided monument that was used to commemorate pharaohs and their achievements. The Obsidier Tower will feature a sleek, modern design that incorporates elements of the obelisk, including a pointed top and a triangular base.
The tower will have a total of 900 residential units, ranging from one to four bedrooms, as well as a variety of amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, spa, and a rooftop garden. The tower will also have commercial space on the lower floors, including retail shops and restaurants.
One of the unique features of the Obsidier Tower is its use of green technology. The tower will be equipped with solar panels and a rainwater harvesting system, which will help to reduce its carbon footprint and make it more environmentally friendly
