Dubai Development New Capital (DDNC) Egypt has announced plans to build the Obsidier Tower, a landmark structure that will forever change the skyline of Egypt's New Capital city. The tower will be situated in the Downtown Metropolitan area of the New Capital and will rise to a height of 385 meters.

The Obsidier Tower has been designed as a mixed-use development that will be home to offices, apartments, and luxury hotels. The tower will also feature retail outlets, a health club, a spa, and a multiplex cinema.

According to DDNC, the Obsidier Tower has been inspired by the natural beauty of Egypt's landscape. The design of the building is intended to reflect the undulating flow of the River Nile and the movement of sand dunes.

The tower will be clad in a facade of glass and white marble, which will reflect the sunlight during the day and glow at night. The building's structure will be supported by a series of diagonal columns that will give the tower its distinctive, organic form.

The Obsidier Tower will be one of the tallest buildings in Egypt and the tallest building in any African country. Its height will allow residents and visitors to enjoy stunning views of the surrounding landscape and the New Capital city.

The tower's location in the Downtown Metropolitan area of the New Capital city means it will be at the heart of Egypt's new financial and commercial district. This area will be home to a range of businesses, cultural institutions, and entertainment venues.

The Obsidier Tower is part of DDNC's commitment to building world-class developments that meet the needs and aspirations of modern Egypt. The company has a track record of delivering high-quality projects in the Middle East, and it aims to replicate that success in the New Capital city.

Construction on the Obsidier Tower is expected to begin in 2022 and is scheduled for completion in 2025. The tower will be a symbol of modern Egypt and a testament to the country's ambition and creativity.
