The Obsidier Tower is a soon-to-be-completed skyscraper located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, known as the New Capital. The tower is expected to become a symbol of the modernity and development of the city.

The shopping center will take up the first six floors of the tower, while the hotel will occupy the next 21 floors. The remaining 54 floors will be dedicated to residential and office spaces.

The tower will also have a viewing platform on the 75th floor that will offer breathtaking views of the New Capital and the surrounding area.

Construction of the Obsidier Tower began in 2018 and is expected to be completed by 2022. The tower's construction is part of the Egyptian government's plan to develop the New Capital into a modern, smart city with world-class infrastructure, facilities and services. The New Capital will serve as the administrative and financial capital of Egypt, taking the pressure off the heavily congested Cairo.
