The Obsidier Tower is a new landmark in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, located about 45 kilometers east of Cairo. The tower is set to become one of the tallest buildings in Africa, standing at a height of 385 meters with 75 floors.

The tower is designed by the renowned architecture firm Skidmore, Owings & Merrill (SOM), which has also designed some of the world's most iconic buildings, including the Burj Khalifa in Dubai and the One World Trade Center in New York.

The design of the Obsidier Tower is inspired by the ancient Egyptian obelisks, which were tall, narrow, four-sided monuments with a pyramid-shaped top. The tower's façade is made of glass and metal, with a triangular shape that tapers towards the top.

The tower will be a mixed-use development, with office spaces, residential units, and a luxury hotel. The lower floors of the tower will have retail spaces, restaurants, and cafes, while the upper floors will have panoramic views of the city.
