Compound O West is a residential compound located in the 6 October City area of Cairo, Egypt. It is owned and managed by Orascom Development Egypt, and is one of the largest residential compounds in the area. The compound is situated on an area of over 600,000 square meters, and is home to over 5,000 residents. Compound O West offers a range of amenities and facilities, including a shopping mall, a spa, a gym, a tennis court, a swimming pool, and a children’s playground. Additionally, it has its own security system, and 24-hour security guards are on duty.
