Nyoum Mostakbal (also known as Mostakbal City) is a planned city located in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, approximately 45 kilometers east of Cairo. It is a state-of-the-art, self-sustaining city, designed to accommodate over 1 million people.
The city is the largest private investment in Egypt’s history, and is being developed by the Mostakbal City Investment Company. It is designed to be a model of urban development, and is intended to serve as a model for other cities in Egypt and the Middle East.
The city is designed to be a “smart city”, with a focus on sustainability and energy efficiency. It will feature an extensive public transportation system, including electric buses, and will be connected to the rest of the New Administrative Capital by a high-speed rail line.
The city will also feature a variety of residential, commercial, and recreational facilities, including a modern hospital, schools, parks, and shopping centers. Additionally, the city will be home to a number of international companies, including Google, Microsoft, and IBM.
The city is expected to be completed by 2021, and is projected to create over 200,000 jobs in the region. It is hoped that the city will serve as a catalyst for economic growth in the region, and will help to attract more foreign investment to Egypt.
