Nyoum Mostakbal is an ambitious real estate development project in Egypt. The project boasts a number of impressive features. There will be over 1,000 luxury villas, 20,000 homes, two golf courses, a shopping mall, two 5-star hotels, residential towers, office towers, an international school, and an integrated transportation system.
Nyoum Mostakbal will also be home to some of Egypt’s top technological and scientific universities, such as the Egyptian American University and the American University in Cairo.
