Nyoum Mostakbal (Arabic: نيوم مستقبل) is a new urban development located in the 6th of October City, Giza Governorate, Egypt. The project is being developed by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities and is part of the government’s plan to build one million new housing units by 2020.
Nyoum Mostakbal is located on a total area of 7,200 feddans (7,200,000 m2) and will include 30,000 housing units. The project will also include commercial, recreational and educational facilities, as well as a number of public parks and green spaces.
The project is designed to create a modern and sustainable city that will provide its residents with high-quality housing and services. The project will also feature a number of green initiatives, such as solar energy, rainwater harvesting, and green building materials.
Nyoum Mostakbal is expected to be completed by 2020 and will be home to more than 200,000 people. The project is part of the government’s plan to create new cities and urban developments to accommodate the country’s growing population.
