Noor New Capital Egypt is a mixed-use development located in the New Capital City of Egypt. It is a flagship project of the government of Egypt and is being developed by the Egyptian Ministry of Housing and Urban Communities. The development will include residential, commercial, and leisure components, including a shopping mall, office buildings, hotels, and a theme park. The project is expected to cover an area of 5.5 million square meters and will feature a variety of amenities and services, such as a golf course, a hospital, a university, and a cultural center. The project is expected to be completed by 2025.
