Nile Business City is a new business and residential development located in the New Capital of Egypt. The project is being developed by the Nile Holding Company, a joint venture between the Egyptian government and the private sector.

Nile Business City is a mixed-use development, offering a mix of residential, retail and commercial properties. The development is located in the New Capital’s East District, close to the Cairo-Suez Road. The project is expected to cover an area of over 2.5 million square metres, with a total of 8,000 residential units, including villas, townhouses and apartments.

The project is designed to be an integrated business and residential hub, with a range of amenities and facilities. The development will feature a shopping mall, a business park, a convention centre, a hotel, a hospital, a university, and other leisure and entertainment facilities.

Nile Business City will also feature a range of green spaces, including parks, gardens and open areas. The development will be connected to the rest of the New Capital via a network of roads and public transportation.

The project is expected to be completed by 2022. Once completed, it will be one of the largest business and residential developments in the New Capital of Egypt.
