Nile Business City is a new development in the New Administrative Capital of Egypt, which is set to become the country's new administrative center. The project, which covers an area of 10.5 million square meters, will be one of the largest business districts in Egypt and the Middle East.

The development will be built in three phases over the next 10 years, with the first phase scheduled to be completed by 2023. The project is being developed by the China State Construction Engineering Corporation (CSCEC) and CSCEC Middle East, a subsidiary of CSCEC.

The Nile Business City will consist of commercial and residential buildings, hotels, shopping malls, and public spaces. The commercial buildings will include office spaces, conference centers, and exhibition halls. The residential buildings will have apartments and villas.

The project is expected to attract a wide range of businesses, from multinational corporations to startups. The location of the Nile Business City, in the heart of the New Administrative Capital, will provide easy access to government institutions and decision-makers.
